Wednesday October 28th – Chapter 4 section 2

*Remember to get A.R. books read and signed off.  This is the last week to read.  Students can start reading books for 2nd quarter.

**Monday will be an altered schedule.  We will have a drug free assembly at the high school

Wednesday October 21st -Review for Chapter 3 Test (Review is on the Website)

Thursday October 22nd – Chapter 3 Test

Friday October 23rd – Start Ch 4    Guided Reading 4.1

*Remember to get A.R. books read and signed off.  You only have one week left to read.  Student can start reading books for 2nd quarter.

**Friday will be an altered schedule because of the dance.  The dance will begin about 2:00

***This week is Red Ribbon Week (anti drug & violence).  Each day students can dress up with the drug free theme.  Check days and rules at school.

WEEK OF OCTOBER 12-16

Monday October 12th – Science Field trip dealing with water flow.

Tuesday October 13th – Read chapter 3 section 2    Worksheet 3-2

Wednesday October 14th – Students will be taking a pre ACT test in the morning.  It will last about two hours.  We will be on a alternate schedule.

Thursday October 15th – No School Fall Break

Friday October 16th – No School Fall Break

**Next week Oct. 19th – 23rd will be Red Ribbon Week.  This is our anti drug and anti violence week.  Students will be able to dress up and show their anti drug support.  Each day will have a different theme.  Each day will also have specific rules of what is allowed and what is not.  Please read the rules before coming to school to get the info.

Monday October 5th – Chapter 2 Review WS

Tuesday October 6th – Review for the test.  Use the website.

Wednesday October 7th – Chapter 2 Test   G.R .Ch 2, Comp. Matrix, Review W.S. Due

Thursday October 8th –Finish up the V.F.W papers

Friday October 9th – Start Ch 3  G.R. 3.1

*Test on chapter 2 will be Wednesday October 7th!

**Remember to get A.R. books read.  1 novel and 1 non-fiction need to be done by October 30th.

***Fall Break will be Thursday & Friday October 15-16.

****VFW or Patriot’s Pen essay will be an assignment that will be graded in both English & History.
